Table d'hôtes

I propose a table d’Hôtes “tête à tête” made mainly with vegetables from local market gardeners, fish, and seafood from small boats from Le Tréport or poultry from the Coudroy farm which also provides me with the creamery. I make a small exception on the local providers for spices, chocolate, and lemons because the Normandy climate is not very conducive to this type of culture... The meal is 25€ with 2 glasses of wine or 20€ with a wine list. The menu is made up according to the market encounters and the fisherman finds. You will be able to cross some mussels sautéed with espelette pepper, hot oysters snacked with Bayeux bacon, maybe a spider crab seasoned with a creamy cauliflower and why not red mullet in cotriade or a fillet of guinea fowl sautéed in the priest’s garden, in short everything depends on the boat and the market. Meals are to be reserved before 5.00 pm the same day or the day before if, by fantasy, your expectations would require a little more preparation.
